Daily ----- $70.00 Weekly ----- $470.00 All utensils for cooking & eating, bath & hand towels & bed linens are included in rental rates. This unit has a color TV and VCR . If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason we require a minimum 2 weeks. If you cancel within 2 weeks and prior to 3 days to your reservation date we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $25.00. If you cancel within 3 days of your arrival date we reserve the right to charge 50% of your reserved stay, unless we are able to fully re-book the dates then we will only charge the $25.00 cancellation fee. WE ARE IN FULL OPERATION MID APRIL THROUGH OCTOBER RESERVATIONS ARE SUGGESTED. |
